When paying approved expense claims, admins can choose between two payout methods:
Instant Payout
Fee: 2.5% + 20p per payout
Speed: ~30 minutes to bank account
Example: £100 claim = £102.70 charged to admin, employee receives £100
Perfect for urgent reimbursements or when employees need funds immediately.

Standard Payout
Fee: 1.5% + 20p per payout
Speed: 2-7 business days
Example: £100 claim = £101.70 charged to admin, employee receives £100
Best for bulk payouts and when speed isn't critical. Lower fees than instant.
